1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seals intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
  • Perfumes that have been used, tested, or damaged due to customer mishandling cannot be returned.

2. Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
