At Fragrance By HB, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
- Perfumes that have been used, tested, or damaged due to customer mishandling cannot be returned.
2. Refund Process
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof for a free replacement or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items

- Products without original packaging or with broken seals.
